Overbury

“I recently completed an £18.5M 9 floor fit out for Capital in Paddington for Overbury, which included Levels 8-16 of the Glass Cube local to the Paddington Train station.

Ryco were highly recommended to me by a colleague of mine, and not only did they not disappoint, but they far exceeded expectations.

Due to the fast-paced programme, we opted to split both the ductwork and mechanical pipework packages in a bid to mitigate risk.

The Public Health package however was solely placed with Ryco as they were adamant that they could deliver in line with the project requirements as the sole subcontractor for this element.

Their works included 18no refresh areas, domestic supplies and drainage connections for a commercial kitchen and a Deli bar, including coordinating and interfacing with the kitchen specialist contractor, and providing provisions for landlord appliances.

In addition to the above there were significant changes throughout the programme which Ryco were instructed on, and they successfully carried out all additional items with zero detriment to their contract works.

Even only after one project, I will be looking to use Ryco wherever I can in the future, due to the combined value they bring across all fronts.

Everything from their labour and install quality, speed of execution, responsiveness, specialist support, reliability, and general ease to work with made a very challenging project a highly successful and very enjoyable one.
